Services
Ranking Improvement provides the AI Search Revenue Growth Blueprint, install, and retainer services as described on this site. The exact deliverables and timelines for your engagement are confirmed in writing at onboarding. Ranking Improvement trades under GJIOTECH, a business registered in Toronto, Canada, which is the contracting and billing entity for Canadian and other international clients.
Payment & delivery
Fees are payable in advance via the hosted payment link for your chosen service. Canadian and other international payments (including PayPal) are processed by GJIOTECH, registered in Toronto, Canada. The Blueprint begins with a discovery conversation; delivery is within 5 working days of that conversation and of your completed onboarding form, whichever is later, so the clock never runs while we're waiting on information from you. Delivery concludes with an executive presentation walking you through the strategy. The Blueprint fee is credited toward a subsequent install or retainer if you proceed.
Retainer commitment
The done-for-you retainer carries a 3-month minimum, because SEO results compound over time. After three months it continues month-to-month until cancelled, with reasonable notice.
Ownership & intellectual property
With the Install, the custom system built into your workspace is yours to own and operate after handover. No ongoing licence fee. The underlying 6-Pillar methodology, frameworks, and templates remain the intellectual property of Ranking Improvement. Any reports and deliverables we hand over are yours to use within your business.
Results disclaimer
SEO outcomes depend on factors outside any provider's control, including competition and search-engine changes. We commit to the work and the methodology described, not to specific ranking or revenue guarantees. Any figures in our tools or examples are illustrative, not promises.
Confidentiality
Information you share for an engagement is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the work, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. The terms in force are those confirmed at your onboarding.
